The power of two: Integration of Fabrimex into Exista AG
A year ago, we announced the acquisition of Fabrimex AG by Exista AG. The joint move to the new headquarters with technical laboratory in Mönchaltorf at the beginning of 2024 was an important milestone in realizing the benefits of our alliance.
The next strategic step now follows: Fabrimex was integrated into Exista AG on June 15, 2024. The “Fabrimex” brand will continue as an Exista product line. Legally, this integration is taking place as part of an absorption merger. Exista AG will automatically become a partner in contracts concluded with Fabrimex AG.
Thanks to the bundling of competencies under one company umbrella, our customers and partners will benefit from an expanded product range and even more attractive services. In particular, the Fabrimex portfolio and the associated development expertise will be accessible to even more companies.

Management Change Werap Group !
We would like to inform you about the change in management at the top of the Werap Group. As of January 1, 2019, the management of the Werap Group will be handed over from Mr Andreas Rüegg to Mr Konrad Frischknecht (Board of Directors and shareholder). Mr Konrad Frischknecht will take over the future management of the Werap Group together with Mr Daniel Rechsteiner.
Mr Andreas Rüegg will pursue a new professional opportunity. We would like to express our thanks to him for his years of service and wish him all the best for the future.
With the transference of leadership in the company management, there will be an organisational change at Wicklerei AG, as well. Mr Thomas Furrer will take over the management of Werap Wicklerei AG. He is very experienced in the field of winding technology and he will be happy to attend to your requests.
Additionally, Fabrimex AG will transfer its management to Mrs Jolanda Umher and Mr Stefan Schulze. Both are specialists in the field of customer-specific power supplies and will be happy to take care of your needs and specification requirements.
We wish the new management a good start and much success in the coming year. Together with our employees, we are looking forward to many new projects which we would like to see become a successful reality with you, as our business partner.
