CODE OF CONDUCT

The Code of Conduct sets out behaviors that we expect from our employees and business partners.

It is considered a guide to our day-to-day work, but it does not regulate all conceivable situations and

circumstances and goes beyond mere compliance with laws and regulations. We expect all employees

to be guided by high standards of ethical conduct and human integrity.

We expect and demand the same ethical standards from our suppliers and business partners.
