RMA Procedure In order to guarantee a swift and reliable handling of your repair by Fabrimex, please observe the  following procedures:
RMA Registration Below you will find a RMA registration form. Please enter the details in the appropriate fields below before you return any goods to Fabrimex. Once all mandatory fields are filled out, a RMA number will automatically be generated. You will then shortly receive a copy of your registration with the RMA number via e-mail. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on goods returned!		Return of Goods Goods shall arrive at Fabrimex in the same condition as when it was shipped by us. To maintain the guarantee, the return has to be packaged in a workmanlike manner (original packing) and non Fabrimex labels have to be removed.

Please ensure that all mandatory fields, marked with an *, are filled out and click on the "Send & generate RMA" button. Your request will then be provided with a RMA number and submitted. You will shortly receive a copy of your registration and RMA number via e-mail.
