Product Quality
The production quality is defined by the following three main factors:
- Electronic und mechanical design
- Components / pre-fabricated parts
- Manufacturing process
The first two quality criteria are mainly influenced by the electronic design of a product. The requirement for manufacturing is, on the one hand, to expose potentially generic problems and, on the other hand, to reach set production quality goals in the manufacturing. This is provided by:
- Incoming inspection
- Manufacturing process
- Periodic training
- Burn-In
- Final test
- Monitoring of the failure rate

Burn-In Chamber

The manufacturing is naturally ISO 9001 certified and the production sites are inspected by local UL and VDS inspectors at regular intervals.
Upon customer request, our power supplies can be subject to additional application specific tests to minimize the failure rate in that specific field of application.
